Love and support

February 14, 2024

Hello dear readers,

Welcome! I am so happy you’re here. Happy love day to those who celebrate. I saw a meme at the beginning of February that said January was the longest year ever, and that really resonated with me. I simultaneously feel like I’ve lived many lives since January 1, and can’t believe it’s already mid-February.

This year feels novel for me as I embark on my new journey as full-time coach and consultant supporting mission-driven people and organizations. I’m excited to share with you what I’m up to.

As a career and leadership coach:

  • I love supporting people to identify the kind of life they’d love to create for themselves and to move towards their goals with ease. I often work with folks who know they need to make a change in their life or career, but are feeling stuck in some way.

  • I also support social change leaders to root into their leadership and integrity so that they can support their teams with ease, and move towards their goals with clarity and focus.

As a consultant:

  • I support organizations to build systems, structures, and cultures that allow people and teams to thrive.

  • I love problem-solving tricky situations, supporting teams to be more successful, and creating systems, structures, and policies to make the implicit, explicit.

One of the most important lessons I learned in 2023 was that I wouldn’t be where I am without the support of friends, family, colleagues, and broader community. As my son Henry experienced an unexpected medical diagnosis last March, people emerged from every corner of our community to offer support.

It was incredibly humbling and powerful and it helped me see that people love to be of service. By telling them what I needed, I was offering trust that they have the capacity to contribute to me and my family in a meaningful way.

I definitely need support as I embark on this business adventure! Here are a few ways you can help:

  • Do you know anyone undergoing a life transition or taking on a new leadership opportunity who would benefit from the support of a coach? I’m happy to offer a discovery call for anyone who’d like to explore working together.

  • Do you know organizations looking for support with strategic or people operations projects? I’d love to offer my services in HR policy development, trainings, facilitation, strategic planning, organizational development, and building thriving organizational cultures. Please let me know if there’s anyone you think I should connect with or if you have an idea for a project.

  • I’m also taking this opportunity to reconnect with my network. If you’d love to catch up, share what you’re up to, or discuss anything you might need support on this year, please schedule time with me.

  • I’ll be writing periodic newsletter updates. If you’d love to stay in the loop, please sign up for my list or forward this along to someone you think would be interested.

Wishing you health, joy, and purpose in 2024. I look forward to hearing from you!
